The team at Quality Linings & Painting Inc. believes that our people are our most important assets. Their preservation of employee safety and health must be given constant attention in every phase of our business. It is our intent to provide a work environment as free of hazards as possible. We are certified by three organizations – NACE, SSPC, and the Powder Coating Institute to assure safety as a priority.<\/p>\n

To accomplish this, QLP has partnered with an industrial insurance provider to provide the latest in safety procedures and processes. An annual walk-through inspection of our facility is conducted to stay abreast with all safety technologies and to ensure all changes are implemented as necessary. Our new employee orientation requires a review of our safety and health manual. Monthly safety training meetings require mandatory attendance as part of our standard policies to educate the staff, and to meet yearly OSHA certification requirements. We also conduct weekly toolbox meetings at respective field job sites to ensure our team is always thinking of safety.<\/p>\n

In 2008, Quality Linings & Painting was awarded Cost Containment Certification by the State Workers Compensation Board. This certification requires meeting numerous safety criteria that have been proven to reduce accidents and job-related injuries. We also have Certified OSHA 10, 30 & 500 on staff along with MSHA-trained employees.<\/p>\n

We promote a safety culture at QLP and value our employees’ input to assist in this effort as well. We remind the team to always remain aware of hazards in their jobs while following recognized safe work practices, i.e., Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Powder Coating<\/h3>\n

QLP has become a premier powder coating company in the Rocky Mountain front range. We have a 35-foot powder coating booth and oven to handle your large items that require our powder coating services.<\/p>\n

We have the ability to surface prepare your material substrate by sandblasting or by phosphate washing to create a surface profile and provide the appropriate level of cleanliness.<\/p>\n

Our oven has an 8’ x 8’ Opening with a 35’ Depth. We have been certified by the Powder Coating Institute to provide quality and efficiency to your powder coating projects.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Field Services<\/h3>\n

We have the capacity to operate remotely and take our shop operations to field jobsites. Our mobile compressors, paint pumps, sand blasting equipment and rubber lining setup make this possible. We have been working with numerous general contractors and owners since our company was founded in 1997.<\/p>\n

Facility Services<\/h3>\n

QLP has the space available to perform Powder Coating, Painting, Sand Blasting, and Rubber Lining here at our headquarters. We have a 35-foot powder coating oven, state of the art covered heated paint shops to apply and cure paint under controlled conditions. We can handle materials up to 100 feet long and 36,000 pounds of weight.<\/p>\n
