Resinous Flooring
Resinous flooring creates a seamless, durable surface for facilities that need more protection than conventional floor paint can provide. Properly selected epoxy, polyurethane and related resin systems can improve cleanability and provide resistance to traffic, abrasion, impacts, moisture and chemicals.
Flooring systems matched to the facility
No single system fits every environment. QLP considers substrate condition, vehicle and foot traffic, chemical exposure, temperature, drainage, cleaning procedures, downtime and appearance before recommending a system build-up.
Available system features
- Seamless high-build coatings and resurfacing systems
- Decorative flake, quartz and solid-color finishes
- Slip-resistant textures selected for the service area
- Chemical- and abrasion-resistant topcoats
- Cove bases, line striping and defined work or safety zones
- Systems for warehouses, production areas, mechanical rooms and commercial spaces
Our installation process
- Assessment: review concrete condition, moisture concerns, contaminants, cracks and existing coatings.
- Mechanical preparation: shot blast or grind the surface to achieve the profile required by the selected system.
- Repairs and detailing: treat cracks, joints, transitions, drains and damaged concrete as specified.
- System installation: apply primer, body coats, broadcast aggregate and topcoats at the required coverage.
- Cure and turnover: verify finish quality and allow the system to cure before reopening the area to service.
Why preparation matters
Resinous flooring performance begins below the finish. Mechanical profiling, sound concrete and careful control of moisture and contamination are essential for long-term adhesion. Our process puts substrate preparation and application quality at the center of every installation.
OUR FEATURED PROJECTS

Field Services
We have the capacity to operate remotely and take our shop operations to field jobsites. Our mobile compressors, paint pumps, sand blasting equipment and rubber lining setup make this possible. We have worked with general contractors and owners since our company was founded in 1997.
